What the services do

Our website provides information about JAEBYRD and a way to contact us. Authorized integrations support content preparation, approval, automation, delivery, and performance reporting. Features vary by platform, account eligibility, permissions, and configuration. A listed or connected platform does not guarantee that any particular feature is available.

Account authorization

Connect only accounts you own or have authority to manage. You are responsible for the permissions and instructions you authorize and for keeping your own account secure. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or access tokens through website inquiries or ordinary email. You may revoke a connection through the platform's settings.

JAEBYRD Executive OS is a private business workflow for authorized account holders. A Google connection configured for read-only access permits reading within its approved scope; it does not authorize sending mail, deleting mail, marking messages as read, or changing labels. Such actions require separate applicable permissions and specific instructions. Public access to these policy pages does not make connected accounts or internal workflows public.

Content and approvals

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us and necessary service providers to process that content only as needed to carry out your authorized work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that work. Public posting, messaging, spending, and other consequential actions require the applicable approval; connecting an account does not itself give blanket permission. Review content and AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, rights, and suitability before approving use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully, infringe others' rights, submit malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, or evade platform restrictions. Follow the terms of any connected platform. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Website materials

JAEBYRD's website text, visual identity, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to public pages. Other reuse requires permission unless the law allows it. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; an integration does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and services working, but website information is general and services may change or be interrupted. Third-party platforms control their own availability, access rules, and approvals. AI-assisted material can contain errors and requires review. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and ending access

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You may stop using the services or revoke an integration at any time. For deletion of information already held by JAEBYRD, follow the Data Deletion instructions or contact whitney@jaebyrd.com. Revoking a connection does not remove your original account or content from the platform.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as services change and will show the updated date here. Material changes affecting an existing authorized service will be communicated as appropriate. Questions or permission requests: whitney@jaebyrd.com.
