Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the information you submit: your name, email, company, website, message, selected service, and any timing or budget details you choose to provide. Our website hosting and service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, errors, and visitor analytics to operate, secure, and understand use of the site.

Connected accounts

When an account owner authorizes an integration, we may receive account identifiers, profile information, authorized content and media, and performance measurements. Depending on the specific feature and permissions approved, Google Workspace connections may also access relevant email, files, calendar entries, or contacts. Social connections may involve LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Listing a service here does not mean every permission or feature is enabled. We request access for specific functions and use only the data needed for those functions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services, prepare and review content, operate authorized workflows, measure performance, diagnose problems, protect systems, and meet legal obligations. Sanity serves as our content and approval hub; n8n runs authorized automation and delivery steps. A connection alone does not authorize public posting. Publishing and other consequential actions require the relevant account owner's approval.

Providers and sharing

We use service providers for website hosting and analytics, database storage, email, content management, automation, and authorized AI-assisted work. Relevant providers include Lovable, Supabase, Google Workspace, Sanity, n8n, and the platforms you connect. Providers receive information needed to perform their services, subject to their applicable terms. If an authorized task uses an AI service, relevant task information may be processed by that service; access is limited to the authorized purpose and applicable platform restrictions. We do not sell personal information or share connected-account data for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.

Google API data

JAEBYRD's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorize. We do not use it for advertising, to build unrelated profiles, or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers and human access are limited to what those requirements permit, including necessary service operation, your specific consent, security, and legal obligations.

JAEBYRD Executive OS and Gmail

JAEBYRD Executive OS supports private reviews of authorized communications, operational reconciliation, and executive summaries for authorized account holders. Gmail connections configured with gmail.readonly can read message headers, metadata and message content within the granted permission. Our routine mail-evidence collection reviews a rolling seven-day window of message headers and metadata, including sender, recipients, subject, dates and labels. A separate bounded validation path may read selected complete messages or conversations to check context and proposed inbox classifications. Attachments are not retrieved by the routine collector.

Read-only access does not permit sending or deleting messages, marking them as read, or changing labels. Those actions require separate applicable permissions and specific authorization. Connecting this read-only application does not itself enable automatic inbox archiving.

Mail-derived information may be retained as metadata, summaries, task and decision records, and audit evidence in our restricted business systems. Relevant information may be processed by our automation and AI service providers only as needed for the authorized feature and subject to the Google API Limited Use commitments above. The seven-day collection window describes which recent headers are reviewed; it is not a promise that every related business record is deleted after seven days. The storage, retention and deletion provisions below continue to apply.

Storage, security, and retention

We use access controls and restricted credentials to protect information. Website inquiries are stored in a private database and may be forwarded to our business inbox. Content, approvals, execution records, and analytics may be stored in our business systems. We retain information only as needed for the relevant purpose, agreed service, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record type. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can disconnect an integration through the relevant platform's account settings to stop future access. Disconnection does not automatically erase records already held by JAEBYRD. You can request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about other rights available where you live, by emailing whitney@jaebyrd.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Eligible records will be deleted or de-identified; legally required records and protected backups may remain for their necessary retention period. See our Data Deletion page for instructions. We do not require your password or access token to process a request.

Cookies, children, and international processing

The site and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security, and visitor analytics. Browser controls can limit cookies; some functions may be affected. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, including the United States. Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes and contact
