Data Deletion

Last updated October 24, 2026

You can ask JAEBYRD to delete information collected through our website or an authorized integration, including JAEBYRD Marketing OS. This page also provides deletion instructions for people who connect a Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok account.

1. Send a request

Email whitney@jaebyrd.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Tell us which service or connected platform is involved and provide the account email, username, or identifier needed to locate your records. Tell us whether you want to remove the connection, delete eligible stored data, or both. Do not include a password, verification code, access token, or sensitive identity document.

2. Stop future access

You can also revoke JAEBYRD's access in the connected platform's account settings, usually under Apps and Websites, Connected Apps, or Third-party Access. For Instagram or Facebook, look for the JAEBYRD app in Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. Revoking access stops future authorized access but may leave previously stored records, so send a deletion request as well if you want those removed.

For Google connections, open your Google Account's third-party connections at https://myaccount.google.com/connections, select the relevant JAEBYRD connection (such as JAEBYRD n8n Read Only), and remove its access. Review each relevant connection if more than one is listed. This stops future access through that connection; use the request instructions above to ask us to delete eligible records already held by JAEBYRD.

3. Verification and removal

We may ask you to confirm control of the account before acting. After verification, we will remove or de-identify eligible information held by JAEBYRD and disable or remove associated stored connection credentials as appropriate. This may include account identifiers, imported content, analytics, and workflow records related to the request. We will explain the result and any information we must retain.

Retention exceptions

Some information may need to remain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual records, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle ends and are not used for ordinary operations. If another person or business controls the relevant records, we may direct you to that controller rather than delete their records without authority.

What this does not delete

A request to JAEBYRD does not delete your original social account, Google account, or content held independently by those platforms, and does not automatically remove a post already published there. Manage those items directly through the relevant platform. For questions or help identifying the correct records, email whitney@jaebyrd.com.
